Water main break impacts subway service on multiple lines in NYC
NEW YORK (PIX11) – Service was suspended on multiple subway lines due to a water main break in Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon, according to the MTA.
C and B lines are suspended in both directions because of the water main break on the street level at 103rd Street and Central Park West.
The A and D lines were partially suspended but have since resumed service. Riders should expect residual delays.
Delays still impact the Nos. 1 and 3 lines and the E, F, M, and Q lines due to the water main break and service changes.
