Dripping Springs resident $1M richer after mega millions win

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A Dripping Springs resident who purchased a lottery ticket in Austin won $1 million, according to the Texas Lottery Commission. The claimant chose to remain anonymous.
The Mega Millions prize was won following the drawing on Nov. 19, with the winning ticket being purchased at H-E-B located at 12021 W. U.S. Highway 290, according to the Texas Lottery.
The winning ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn (5-35-50-51-59), but not the Mega Ball number (8). To win the Mega Millions jackpot, players must match all six numbers drawn including the Mega Ball.
