Man accused of stabbing co-worker in pizzeria on Long Island: police
NESCONSET, Long Island (PIX11) -- A man accused of stabbing his co-worker was taken into custody Sunday morning, according to police.
The incident happened around 11:10 a.m. at Gino's of Nesconset.
Police say that Paul Albinagorta, 34, was involved in a dispute with a 60-year-old co-worker, during which he allegedly stabbed the co-worker. The victim was taken to the hospital via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
Albinagorta was not injured, police say. He was charged with assault and menacing.
