Using a contraband phone which was discovered on March 15, Lyle contacted the Brit from his cell at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, according to the Daily Mail.
He has reportedly secured a second phone so he can continue to communicate with Milly who he “adores,” a source told the Mail.
“She refers to him as her boyfriend even though he’s married,” they added.

Erik and Lyle are set to go before a judge on December 11 for a hearing about a potential resentencing after clemency pleas were made.
Lyle, then 21, and Erik, then 18, admitted to fatally shooting their parents, but have always claimed they acted in self-defense.
The brothers said they feared for their lives as their parents wanted to stop them from revealing José had sexually abused Erik for years.
But, in a second trial after the first ended in a hung jury, they were each convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
They have now served 35 years out of their life sentences but had they been convicted of manslaughter they could now be up for parole.
