Lady Gaga, Post Malone and Green Day to headline Coachella 2025
(KTLA) -- The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has unveiled its highly anticipated 2025 lineup, with Lady Gaga, Green Day and Post Malone headlining across the festival’s two weekends next April.
Lady Gaga will headline night one, April 11 and 18, alongside Missy Elliott, Benson Boone, Three 6 Mafia, and Miike Snow. The "Bad Romance" singer previously headlined Coachella in 2017.
Green Day leads the lineup on night two, April 12 and 19. The Rock and Roll Hall-of-Famers will make their Coachella debuts next year and will be sharing top billing with "brat" scribe Charli XCX.
Night two will feature a full day of performances from other critically acclaimed and beloved artists, including Clairo, Sam Fender, T-Pain, and Jimmy Eat World. Punk rock pioneers Misfits will be also be performing night two with founding members Glenn Danzig and Jerry Only.
Post Malone and Megan Thee Stallion will close the festival on night three, April 13 and 20, joined by Zedd, Beabadoobee, Shaboozey, Ty Dolla $ign, and Circle Jerks, among others. Post Malone previously performed at Coachella in 2018 and made a surprise appearance during Bad Bunny’s 2023 set.
The announcement that Posty would be closing out the desert art and music festival was expected after he accidentally let slip he would be performing two nights in Indio that just so happened to coincide with the two weekends of Coachella.
The festival, which takes take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, typically announces its lineup in January. It's unclear if Post Malone's gaffe led to the festival organizers releasing the lineup early.
In addition to the music, Travis Scott will "design the desert" in a special project, with details yet to be announced.
Coachella will take place in Indio over the weekends of April 11-13 and April 18-20. Fans can secure their passes by registering at coachella.com. The presale begins at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 22.
