Royce Pietila Signs Tender with Bobcats for 25-26 Season
Bismarck, ND – The Bismarck Bobcats have tendered Howell, Michigan defenseman, Royce Pietila for the 2025-26 season.
When talking about what Pietila brings to this Bobcat squad, here’s what Bobcats GM Niko Kapetanovic had to say, “Royce is a smooth skating defensemen who is exceptional on the power play. The Victory Honda U18 player was very sought after and we are honored to be part of his development path on his way to Lake Superior State. We see Royce as a player who will come in and be an impact player in all situations next year. Bobcat fans will be very excited to welcome back another Pietila (Adam) to the VFW as Royce and Adam are cousins.”
In 31 games played this season between the AAA level and the T1EHL level, Pietila has registered 4G, 18A for a total of 22 points.
Tender agreements are contracts handing a North American Hockey League team rights to a player for the upcoming season.
