I’M A Celebrity star Dean McCullough is left screaming his head off as he is covered in creepy crawlies in tonight’s Bushtucker Trial.

Hosts Ant and Dec ask Dean a series of questions in a bid to win stars for camp[/caption]Dean is seen strapped into mummy case as insects are dropped on his head, while sand fills his feet.
He is then asked a series of questions by hosts Ant and Dec and every right question means more stars for camp.
But he soon begins to panic as giant mealworms enter the chamber and he yells: “Oh my god…no, no this is hell.”
He is then asked his first question by Ant: “Complete the title to this 1980s pop hit by The Bangles – Walk Like An…”
Dean provided the correct answer, repeatedly yelling “Egyptian,” and then proceeded to use his mouth to untie the star in front of him.
Fans will have to tune in tonight to see how many stars he wins.
