Urgent search for mum and one-year-old daughter missing for five days
An urgent search has been launched for a mum and her one-year-old daughter who have been missing for five days.
Aleena, aged 36, and her daughter Saharah, who is nearly two, disappeared in Birmingham.
Police say they are believed to be in the Stratford Road area, but have so far been unable to locate them.
Birmingham Police said: ‘We need your help finding Aleena, aged 36, and her daughter Saharah, who is nearly two.
‘They went missing earlier this week and we have been working to find them ever since, but now need your help.
‘They are believed to be in the Stratford Road area of Birmingham.
‘We need to check they’re OK, so anyone with information has been asked to get in touch on 999 quoting 4158 of 11 November.’
Two schoolgirls who went missing from their homes in Birmingham were found by police.
Demi and Macie, both 12, went missing in April and were not seen for two days.
Police issued two back-to-back appeals for the girls and thanked the public for their support.
