Harry Styles’ best pal Olivia Dean signs big money deal to become face of major British fashion brand
BRITISH singer Olivia Dean is a woman in demand right now.
She made her debut on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage this summer, got into Tatler’s very elite Little Black Book of eligible stars and now I can reveal she has signed a mega-money deal to become the new face of Burberry.
My exclusive photographs show her running around Parliament Hill in North London wearing one of the brand’s iconic trench coats.
Insiders told me Olivia has been snapped up by the fashion house, which is keen to bring a cool, new edge to the brand.
But what I found most interesting is that they chose to shoot Olivia a stone’s throw from Harry Styles’ house — a man who has become Olivia’s new BFF in recent months.
A source said: “Olivia is one of this year’s stand-out stars and next year is going to be even bigger for her.
“Her music is still breaking through and a deal like this with Burberry is going to put her on to an even bigger stage.
“Olivia’s fans are obsessed with her link to Harry and even the Tatler article referenced her close friendship.
“When they see she was shooting the new advert so close to his house in North London, they’ll go bananas.
“Olivia and Harry have maintained they’re just mates but, for Burberry, it’s a coup to get everyone talking about Oliva and the campaign.”
They’ve played a blinder there.
Olivia has been working on her new album over the past few months, the follow-up to 2023 EP Ladies Room.
When asked about how it was coming along, she replied: “It’s the million-dollar question.”
Opening up about her inspirations, Olivia added: “I think with people like Diana Ross, it’s less of me taking direct reference from the music or the style and more her energy.
“It’s a funny one with Amy Winehouse — that’s a tough one to be compared to. I don’t think anyone will ever be like Amy.
“She was saying exactly what she thought, and you’ve got to be brave to do that.”
We were in the crowd at Worthy Farm to see Olivia this summer and her set was incredible.
She said that her performance on the main stage was “the best moment of my life” and it was clear to us she was loving every second.
I expect big things from Olivia — and when this campaign drops, I think she’ll be counting down the months until she’s a household name.
Ariana Wicked in pink
ARIANA GRANDE is making some Wicked fashion choices for the film’s promotional tour.
The pop star turned actress wore this posh pink dress for the New York premiere, where she was spotted cosying up to her boyfriend and co-star, Ethan Slater.
Ari copped stick for dating Ethan, with online trolls claiming – wrongly – that there had been a crossover between their relationship and the ones they had with their former partners last year.

All Beck to mine for family Xmas
THERE won’t be a Silent Night in Becky Hill’s house this Christmas – as she is having her busiest day ever.
The Remember singer, inset, has revealed she is bringing together all four of her siblings, as well as her parents, for their first Christmas under one roof.
She told the Smallzy’s Surgery podcast: “I try to give my very dysfunctional family the most normal version of Christmas that I possibly can, as I think most of us do.
“I’m one of five and there’s two on my mum’s side and two on my dad’s side. This is the first year that I’m having all five of us in one house for Christmas.
“I’ve rented a little house in the middle of the UK and I’m going to take everyone away.
“Hopefully it’s in the middle of nowhere so nobody can hear us arguing.”
In what might be a welcome relief for her, she is flying out of the UK on Boxing Day for a tour of Australia.
I hope you’ve not been tasked with cooking the turkey, too, Becky.
Paddy power
PADDY McGUINNESS deserves a massive pint of his beloved black stuff after completing his 300-mile Children In Need charity ride and raising almost £10milllion.
He finished in Glasgow yesterday and told us: “I have blisters, my knees have gone, my legs have gone, my neck is in bits, my back has seized up.”
Paddy, left, was joined at the finish line by Sir Chris Hoy and Chesney Hawkes – who sang The One And Only with him.
He was also buoyed by the brilliant Sir Tom Hunter, whose charity The Hunter Foundation, matched the public’s donations up to £3million.
Thanking Tom and Chris – who rode part of the way with him – Paddy said: “He took me to a hill. It’s ridiculously steep and it’s a mile.
“Chris was coaching me all the way. I didn’t know he could talk, because I couldn’t.
“He said to just save as much energy as possible. It’s been invaluable. I think we did about 17 miles together.
“That’s like being a football fan and having a kickabout with Ronaldo.
“Those are the moments that will always stay with me.”
Paddy also paid tribute to the Radio 2 team who helped him achieve the goal.
He said: “It sounds corny and cheesy, but honestly, every single person is what kept them pedals turning
“I was sat on it, they were pushing me up every single hill. It’s overwhelming. I know as the days go along, I’ll be replaying stuff in my mind.”
