The singer has spent time with Nik and Eva Speakman – who regularly appear on ITV’s This Morning to help people with their problems.
Speaking from the comfort of her bed, Kerry said: “This is how tired you look after having a day with the Speakmans.
“But so worth it! I feel so validated… not validated, just thy are so insightful.
“Anybody who is seeking any form of therapy, whether it’s a phobia or anything…
“I am drained! But I feel like I love myself and I am exhausted!”
It comes after Kerry announced their split over a ‘breach of trust’.
Writing in her OK! Magazine coloumn, Kerry said: “Last week I spoke about how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house.
“We are no longer together and It’s been a really tough week – I never in a million years thought this would happen. Without going into too much detail, there has been a breach of trust between us.
“I don’t know if we’ll be able to work it out or not, but I do still love him so much.
“I feel like everything has heaped on recently and it’s so much to deal with, I am really struggling.
“But I know I can get through it no matter what happens, I’ve been through break-ups before and come out the other side, so we just need to see what happens.”
But just last week she denied that they had split after a comment she made on social media.
One fan cracked a joke in the comments on Instagram, writing: “So much love to you both, and is the Dr single?”
Kerry typed back to the fan: “No, but I am!”
Setting the record straight in her OK magazine column she said: “I’m sure you’ll have all read the ‘news’ about me splitting up with Ryan after I flippantly said I was single on my Instagram to make my mum laugh.
It was a throwaway comment that I made between my mum, my best friend Danielle and me but it all spiralled out of control. If you watch the video on my Instagram, you can hear us talking to the doctor and Danielle left a funny comment underneath asking if he was single. To try and cheer my mum up, I said that I was – but with a laughing face.”
The Sun revealed earlier this month that they were ‘on the rocks’ before their split.
A source told The Sun: “It’s not like anyone has cheated – Kerry’s felt over the last couple of months that Ryan hasn’t been that supportive – when she moved into a new home he was no help.
“Basically since her mum went into hospital he’s not been there for her.”
Kerry and Ryan start dating in 2018.
They got engaged in 2020.
