Savage moment moped ‘menace’ is floored with kung-fu kick to the HEAD just seconds after toppling over vehicle
THIS is the savage moment a moped “menace” was floored with a kung-fu kick to the head just seconds after toppling over the bike.
Footage shows a man trying to move the parked moped from the middle of the road.
He is seen leaning on the heavy moped in a bid to shove it out of the way.
But the moped topples over onto the tarmac – just as a helmeted man comes into view.

None the wiser, the man in the road gives up and starts walking back to the pavement.
The helmeted man is seen sprinting over to him – with bystanders heard shouting: “Man on, man on!”
He then springs into the air and launches a kung-fu kick at the other man’s back.
The fly kick instantly floors the other man, who is left lying in the road as a car glides past.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect was in the process of trying to start the moped when the member of the public rushed toward him and delivered the powerful fly kick.
The intervention startled the would-be thief, who immediately fled the scene, leaving the moped behind.
Police have praised the bystander’s courage but reminded the public to exercise caution in such situations.
“While we understand the impulse to protect others’ property, we encourage people to call the police rather than putting themselves at risk,” said a spokesperson.
The moped was returned to its owner, who expressed gratitude for the bystander’s quick thinking.
Local authorities are investigating the attempted theft and reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the suspect.
