Death of 4-month-old boy in the Bronx ruled a homicide: NYPD
MELROSE, Bronx (PIX11) -- Police are actively investigating the death of a four-month-old boy in the Bronx.
The infant, identified as Ariel Gonzalez, died on Aug. 10, police say.
Officers responded to 707 Eagle Avenue where they found the infant unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
An autopsy was conducted to determine the manner of death. The Office of Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death as a homicide, the NYPD announced Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Police say investigations are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
