Watch moment that Married At First Sight fans say ‘proves’ show has cut key scenes – did you spot ‘giveaway’?
MARRIED At First Sight UK fans are convinced they have ‘proof’ that key scenes were cut out of the finale episode.
Eagle-eyed viewers of the E4 reality show spotted what they claim to be a “giveaway” while watching the last instalment of the series.

But when Amy was filmed at home in Blackburn, fans were convinced something was afoot.
Amy was seen chatting to her friend Alex in her lounge about her marriage to Luke but her pet dog John kept moving.
Despite it appearing to be a seamless conversation, John ‘teleported’ around the sofa and on Alex’s lap.
Sharing their spot, one fan wrote on social forum Reddit: “Clearly edited!
“You can tell how edited this conversation was, because John was in a different position every time the camera was on him!”
Replying another viewer agreed: “I spotted this, the biggest giveaway of the series I think! ”
A third said: “Just watched on +1 & rewound several times as I couldn’t concentrate on what was being said due to laughing at the teleporting hound.
“Or I was aghast at the obvious staging & editing, but as I like dachshunds I’ll go with the former.”
And someone else chimed in: “Same with the home stays, sometimes the dogs would be on the sofa, then move to the window, then to the floor, all in the space of one minute lol shoutout to john and the other mafs dogs for exposing the edits.”
Out of the 11 couples who were paired up on this year’s series of MAFS UK, only four made it to the final vows.
They were Amy and Luke, Polly and Adam, Lacey and Nathan and Sacha and Ross.
When it was Amy and Luke’s turn, there was a big giveaway as to whether they would walk off into the sunset together.
Amy turned up dressed for a funeral, wearing a black frock and matching black fascinator.
She told her husband: “I don’t believe a word that leaves your mouth.
“I know my worth and you aren’t worthy of me. This marriage is done, dead, deceased. I stand here in front of you today wearing black to mourn its death. RIP.”
Luke appeared to cry in a display of emotion after she accused him of being an actor and “fake” throughout the experiment.
Meanwhile, despite their stormy relationship, Polly and Adam both turned up for their final vows – but it ended with Adam storming off.
As he walked away, Polly yelled: “You’re walking away again, you’re a f*****g joke. You’re embarrassing.”

- A slightly more heart warming highlight from series 6 was watching Dan and Matt’s relationship unfold. Dan and Matt were the first same-sex couple on the show, and their relationship was both ground-breaking and adorable.
- Emma and James’ wedding in series 1. They were the first couple to ever get married on the UK version of the show. Emma and James, had a beautiful ceremony that set the tone for the series.
- The dinner party showdowns are always a MAFs highlight with explosive arguments and unexpected alliances forming.
Sacha and Ross’s vow renewal wasn’t all roses, either. At one point, she ran off in tears.
They regrouped and said ‘I do’ again and Ross even said he’d move to Walsall with her.
But sadly, it wasn’t to last as Ross later dumped Sacha and even has a new girlfriend.
Finally, Lacey and Nathan said ‘I do’ and committed to each other again.
Unfortunately, The Sun revealed Nathan and Lacey have now also split.
