Halfmoon man charged with arson
HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Halfmoon man was arrested on Tuesday following a fire investigation, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Matthew Fuller, 37, was charged with fourth-degree arson.
Fuller is accused of intentionally starting a fire at a home on Cabot Way in Halfmoon around 1:53 p.m. on November 12, damaging the building. Crews from the Clifton Park, Hillcrest, and Mechanicville Fire Departments all responded to the scene.
The sheriff's office stated that Fuller was taken into custody after being identified as a suspect in the ensuing investigation. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Halfmoon Town Court on a later date.
