With the announcement of her pregnancy with MGK, Megan is embracing an exciting new chapter as they prepare to welcome their first child together.
Megan is already a mother-of-three, as she shares sons Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, six, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, whilst MGK – whose real name is Richard Colson Baker – has daughter Casie Colson Baker, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.
Having not been on Instagram for a while, Megan posted to her 21.7million followers a picture of her naked and covered in black ink, whilst also adding another picture of a positive pregnancy test to announce her pregnancy.
She wrote: “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back.”
This came after her having suffered from a miscarriage, which she opened up about in her 2023 book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.
Of her heartbreaking miscarriage, at 10 weeks and a day, she wrote: “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh, but now / I have to say / goodbye,” adding, “I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides.”
In the same book of poetry, she opens up about her devastating experiences of abuse.
Megan and MGK had never discussed the pregnancy loss prior to the poetry book, however he did appear to allude to it at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2022, dedicating his performance to Megan and adding, “This is for our unborn child.”
Megan’s and MGK’s high-profile relationship hasn’t been the most smooth over the past years, with the pair calling off their engagement amid cheating rumours in March.
The beginning
Just months after separating from her husband Brian Austin Green, Megan, then 34, found love with MGK, then 30, after meeting on a movie set in March 2020, and in May rumours of romance between the pair began circulating after they were picture grabbing a takeaway together.
This also came as it was rumoured that Megan was quarantined separately from her long-term husband Brian.
In May that year, MGK released the music video for “Bloody Valentine” which featured Megan as his domineering girlfriend and shared an almost-kiss striking further speculation.
In July, they officially confirmed their romance during an episode of the “Give Them Lala” podcast, which was co-hosted by Lala Kent and her then-boyfriend, “Midnight in the Switchgrass” producer Randall Emmett.

“Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time.
“So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away.”
The ‘bloody’ engagement
The couple announced their engagement on Instagram in January 2022 with MGK posting a picture of the ring, with a caption: “I know tradition is one ring, but I designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birthstone) and the diamond (my birthstone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love.”
He later admitted that the ring was designed to hurt when it was taken off.
This left fans concerned for Megan, with many saying that the pair “need to be stopped.”
Another commented: “Just a friendly reminder that love is NOT pain.
I said yes…and then we drank each other’s blood.

“That’s a damaging message that allows abuse & toxicity to be misinterpreted for love.
“Love is wanting each other to be happy & to feel good. Romantic. Platonic. Self. Love for a pet. Pain is never the barometer. I promise.”
The couple also announced that they had drunk each other’s blood to cement the deal leaving fans in “shock” once again.
One fan wrote: “I was like ‘aww congrats to them….. WAIT F***ING WHAT.’”

“And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes…and then we drank each other’s blood.”
In 2021 the pair were not afraid of putting on a bit of PDA, and MGK also revealed that he wears a drop of Megan’s blood in a necklace pendant.
The separation
But in February 2023, rumours of the pair’s split circulated after The Transformers actress deleted most of her photos with MGK, unfollowed him, and posted a video in which she appeared to burn a letter in a bonfire as well as a string of raunchy mirror selfies.
Megan wrote in her caption: “You can taste the dishonesty/it’s all over your breath,’ which are lyrics from Beyoncé’s 2016 track, Pray You Catch Me.”
Since then the couple have been “on and off” before they got papped in Mexico on a getaway together in March this year.
That same month, while on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan confirmed that the pair called off their engagement in 2023.
She says: “I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se.
“What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what.
“I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
Not a Satanist
The pair were branded as Satanic after their 2022 Halloween pictures[/caption] Machine Gun Kelly slammed as he snorts substance off wife Megan Fox’s cleavage in wild video amid split rumors[/caption]Whilst also on the same podcast, Megan wanted to set the record straight that she was “not a Satanist” or “evil witch” of any sort.
She continues: “I can see where I planted a seed and there grew a tree in its place.”
Referring to the drinking blood ritual, she said: “That was a very misunderstood thing.”
She also noted that she fully understands why people think it’s “weird” before then saying: “I think it’s weird that girls are out here letting guys c** in their mouth, and they don’t know these guys.
“You’re letting somebody put their sperm in your mouth and … he doesn’t even have a job, you met him on f***ing Tinder. … That’s disgusting. That makes my back hurt. That makes me sweaty.
“So, f*** you, you’re so offended that I got a drop of Machine Gun Kelly’s blood in my mouth.
“You have Brandon from Silicon Valley’s sperm in your mouth, he didn’t even buy you a nice drink.”
Before then explaining that it was all a “matter of perspective.”
And talking about the 2022 Halloween ‘Satanic’ costume, Megan defended it by explaining how she wasn’t.
She said: “It’s so much cooler that people think we’re this bizarre, that we’re this weird. That we’re doing this kind of weird, magical, weird sh*t in our basement.”
Toxic relationship
The duo don’t refrain from packing on the PDA in public[/caption] Machine Gun Kelly’s Bloody Valentine video also stars Megan Fox[/caption]For all the drama with MGK, it’s nothing compared to the abuse Megan has suffered in past relationships.
Speaking of her history of domestic abuse, Megan revealed she had been “hit, suffocated and “thrown to the ground” in her poetry book – which MGK encouraged her to write.
She added: “There was a time where I had never heard a man call me stupid, pathetic bitch c***, slut, idiot…
“But now, if one of those things hasn’t happened by Wednesday, I consider it a miracle.”
I provoked pain or issues inside the relationship

On Call Her Daddy, which is hosted by Alex Cooper, Megan continued: “I dissociate from the physical violence a lot.
“Even when I talk to my therapist, I have yet to be able to have a strong emotional reaction to that because I compartmentalised that.”
Explaining how she responded to her first experience of domestic violence, she added: “I fawn.
“That was my initial reaction of freeze, fight, flight, fawn – fawning is like, it’s a combination of freezing and then also attempting to soothe the other person.
“So that was my initial reaction.
“And it was very, it was definitely shocking, but like I said, I almost immediately compartmentalised it and went into the, like took on, went into nurturing the other person to like calm the situation.

Megan wanted to open up about domestic violence, after one in four women experience physical violence by their partners at some point during their life time.
Megan told Alex she wanted to open up about domestic violence because one in four women experience it at some point during their lifetime.
Alex said: “I appreciate you writing the book, but I agree. I think a lot of people are like, you okay? Like, are we still in this relationship?”
I know what you’re saying. It was written from my anger and my pain needed to speak. And that’s what the book is.

Megan replied: “Like I said, like I failed many times inside different relationships and was not flawless.
“I was not a pure victim.
“Like I did plenty of things and, and provoked plenty of things. Not in terms of violence, but like I provoked pain or issues inside the relationship.
“Was well with my behaviour, but the book was not written in a holistic way.
“I know what you’re saying. It was written from my anger and my pain needed to speak. And that’s what the book is.”
