Mild afternoon, more rain late tonight
What We’re Tracking
- Beautiful today
- Scattered showers late tonight
- Dry conditions return
Temperatures this morning are in the upper 30s and lower 40s. The wind out of the east at 5-10 mph is preventing some patchy fog development. It'll be another nice and pleasant day with highs reaching the lower to middle 60s.
Wind will pick up in the afternoon eventually gusting to as high as 25 mph out the southeast. Our next storm system approaches and arrives later tonight. There is a slim chance for a stray shower or two before midnight, but the main round of rain arrives in the overnight hours and into Wednesday morning. Don't expect rainfall amounts to be impressive.
After that, dry conditions settle back in, setting up for a nice weekend. There'll be plenty of sunshine to wrap up the work week and temperatures stay consistent in the lower to middle 60s. We are watching another storm system early next week that could bring more impressive rainfall amounts.
