Fantasy football defense rankings, Week 10: From Elite (Chargers) to streamable (Steelers)
You’ve got your fantasy football lineup all but set for the week, with a few tweaks to be made here and there as Sunday’s slate of games is ready to kick off.
But you’re trying to optimize your lineup to make sure you get the most points. And that’s why you have to make sure your D/ST position has the best possible squad to win you the week.
That’s what these rankings will help with: A look at the elite, solid, and streamable options that could win you some virtual games in your league.
Let’s break down the Week 10 D/ST tiers:
Elite
1. Los Angeles Chargers (vs. Titans)
2. Minnesota Vikings (at Jaguars)
3. Philadelphia Eagles (at Cowboys)
4. Chicago Bears (vs. Patriots)
5. San Francisco 49ers (at Buccaneers)
At least two of these defenses are facing backup quarterbacks (Minnesota and Philadelphia) while the others get to feast on Will Levis, Drake Maye and a Bucs defense with few wideouts available. These are automatic starts.
Solid
6. Denver Broncos (at Chiefs)
7. Atlanta Falcons (at Saints)
8. New York Giants (at Panthers)
9. Kansas City Chiefs (vs. Broncos)
10. Arizona Cardinals (vs. Jets)
Yes, the Broncos, Falcons and Giants are on the road, but the Saints and Panthers seem beyond broken at the moment while Kansas City can’t stop playing close games. You can feel good trusting these matchups.
Streaming Options
11. New England Patriots (at Bears)
12. New York Jets (at Cardinals)
13. Pittsburgh Steelers (vs. Commanders)
14. Carolina Panthers (vs. Giants)

Mike Tomlin’s Steelers get to scheme for a rookie QB in Jayden Daniels while Washington gets to scheme for Russell Wilson. Bet the under.
