FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Happy Friday!
We're heading into the weekend on a really nice note in Central Ohio! Expect highs in the middle 60s this afternoon, with mainly sunny skies, and just a light breeze. We'll be clear and cool for Football Friday Nite playoffs, just jacket weather, as temperatures fall through the 50s and into the upper 40s during those games.
For Ohio State game day tomorrow, it will be jacket weather at Ohio Stadium, but temperatures are still above-average. Expect highs near 60 tomorrow afternoon, with lots of sunshine. Clouds eventually start to filter in late in the day, ahead of a cold front that brings rain into Sunday.
Expect heavier and more widespread rain Sunday morning and early afternoon. It will also be breezy, with southerly winds ahead of the front sending highs into the middle 60s. Rain then clears up Sunday evening, leading to a drier start to the next workweek.
Highs hold in the lower 60s for Monday and Tuesday of next week, with lots of sunshine.
