16-year-old injured in Manor shooting Wednesday night; 1 detained
AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Manor Police Department is investigating after a teenager was hurt in a shooting Wednesday night.
Manor police responded to the Presidential Glen subdivision around 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to a post on its Facebook page.
Police said in an update that the department was investigating a shooting incident that left a 16-year-old with non-life-threatening injuries to their leg.
The post said a suspect had been detained and the incident was being investigated.
Police added that they don't believe there is any ongoing threat to the public and that it was an isolated incident.
