I have two vaginas & twice as horny compared to other women – men are fascinated too so my sex life is wild
“WOW, can I see?” is a reaction that Annie Charlotte is used to when it comes to her somewhat unique condition down below.
Annie has uterus didelphys, meaning she has two uteruses, two cervixes and even two vaginas but enjoying sex isn’t an issue for the 26 year old.
Annie now boasts thousands of subscribers on OnlyFans[/caption] Diagram shows a uterus didelphys[/caption]Extraordinarily, Annie’s condition affects just 0.3% of the population and means she could technically carry two babies by two different fathers side by side.
Women like her could even have sex with two men at the same time, if they chose to do so.
And while Annie, from Surrey, is now proud of her unusual intimate area and even makes money from it on adult content site OnlyFans where she boasts 137,000 subscribers, she admits she once struggled to accept the condition she’d been born with.
She was just 16 when it was picked up during an appointment to have a contraceptive coil fitted.
“My periods were really bad and so heavy, I’d even passed out a few times so I went to get the coil fitted in a bid to stop them,” says Annie, Speaking to Fabulous as part of Life Stories, our YouTube series which sees ordinary people share their extraordinary experiences.
“But when the nurse at the clinic went to use the speculum she audibly gasped and told me to go to the gynaecologist as a matter of urgency.”
After a series of tests including scans and an MRI, Annie was delivered the shocking diagnosis.
“It was pretty daunting being 16 and being told that you’re completely different than everybody else,” she recalls.
“I just wanted one vagina, I just wanted to be normal and it felt like such a big deal at the time.
“There is a surgery that people with my condition can get to unite the uteruses, but doctors told me it would cause more harm than good.
“I didn’t speak about it to anyone, I assumed that everyone’s reaction would be to be disgusted.”
While having two vaginas might seem like a novelty, for Annie it has serious downsides and could actually wreck her chances of becoming a mum.
“Unfortunately my condition means that having children is a risk and that is really disheartening,” she admits.
“I’ve had one doctor say that I could have two babies, one on each side and they could be like three months apart in age.”
And should Annie manage to conceive, it’s unlikely she’d carry a baby to nine months.
“I would need to have a C-section as my uteruses are too small to carry to full term,” she explains.
“I have also been told that I could have multiple miscarriages so becoming a mum feels really uncertain, it’s an emotional subject.”
Annie’s condition means she also has an unusual menstrual cycle with two monthly bleeds.
“It means that I can have two periods a month,” she says.
“Before my diagnosis I just thought I was having some seriously heavy periods but in reality I was just putting the tampon in the wrong vagina.
“So now when I have a period, I have to double dip my tampons to see which side is actually bleeding.”
Annie kept her condition quiet and remarkably, when she started having sex aged 17, partners didn’t even notice anything different about her.
Annie was diagnosed in her teens and admits she initially struggled to accept herself[/caption] She previously made headlines for having a boyfriend for each of her vaginas[/caption]“I didn’t even think about telling anyone that I had two vaginas initially,” she says.
“I don’t have two vulvas so from the outside I don’t look any different.
“It wasn’t until I was in uni that I finally told a sexual partner after a one night stand.
“I was a bit drunk and I got upset and started crying, which I feel mortified about now.
“They said they hadn’t even realised. It certainly hadn’t impacted their enjoyment and mine either, I liked sex from the get go.”
However, as the years went on Annie slowly became more comfortable opening up about her unique anatomy.
It was very common that when I would start seeing someone, they would like to claim a vagina

“Most guys are just super curious about it,” she says.
“I had one man throw my legs up in the air so he could get a better look, he said he wanted to try both of them – it was wild.”
In March this year Annie hit the headlines when she revealed that she had two boyfriends, one for each vagina.
“It was very common that when I would start seeing someone, they would like to claim a vagina,” she reveals.
“I thought, well, if you’re claiming one, that means the other one’s open to be occupied by other men.
“I was seeing someone and he was like, ‘I want your left one’ and so I decided I was going to go find an owner for the right one.”
Annie is currently single and says that working in the adult industry can be a hindrance when it comes to looking for love but she is entirely focused on her career.
WHAT IS UTERUS DIDELPHYS?
UTERUS didelphys is a rare congenital condition where sufferers are born with two uteruses.
Each one has its own fallopian tube and ovary. Some people may also have two cervixes and two vaginal canals.
The most common symptoms include:
- Painful sex
- Cramping before and during your period
- Heavy or abnormal bleeding during your period
- Leaking blood when using a tampon
About 0.3 per cent of the population has uterus didelphys.
It can cause pregnancy complications, such as an increased risk of miscarriage and preterm birth, as well as painful periods.
Surgery is not usually required, unless someone experiences repeated pregnancy loss or very painful intercourse.

She has been on OnlyFans for five years but initially her condition wasn’t part of her content.
She explains: “I kind of fell into OnlyFans and it wasn’t anything to do with me having two vaginas initially.
“I don’t know if having two makes me extra horny but I’m very sexually active and I was already sending nudes so I was like, why not get paid for it?
“Initially I missed a trick by not telling people about my two vaginas, it was actually one of my friends who told me I needed to market it.
“So for the past three years I’ve been Annie the two p***y princess and my page has just blown up from there.
“To say my two vaginas bought me a car is kind of cool.”
As well as becoming a porn star I would love to go down the gynaecology route

The model says that being on the subscriber site has helped her to embrace her body more than ever before.
Now, she accepts being different and appreciates the perks it brings.
She says: “It’s allowed me to realise that I am different but in such a cool way.
“Without OnlyFans, I don’t think I would have understood my condition as well as I do.
“I now have a photo set of me with a speculum inside me showing my two vaginas.
“Obviously, the doctors don’t show you that so I never would have had such a good understanding of myself and what I look like.
“I have people asking me questions about myself that I never would have even thought of – it’s been such a learning experience.”
Whilst Annie reveals her condition attracts some unusual requests from her OnlyFans subscribers, it does rake in the cash.
Fans in awe of her condition ask for some bizarre items.
“I get weird requests all the time,” she says.
“One time I sold a bottle of my bathwater to a man for £1000, and another guy wanted to buy my toenails for £500 just for the novelty of saying it came from the woman with two vaginas.
“I had one subscriber offer me £200 for my computer mouse pad just because I was touching it.
“Of course I get some really nasty comments too, everyone in this industry does but I don’t hate people who hate me. That’s taking up your time, not taking up mine.”
My experience was so poor and still today medical professionals have absolutely no idea how to deal with me or my condition and make no effort to understand it
Annie
Annie says that while she is judged by some for her OnlyFans involvement, her mum has been a huge support.
“She doesn’t want to know the ins and outs of what I do but she’s enormously supportive,” Annie says.
“She encouraged me to open up about my two vaginas on OnlyFans and is a driving force when it comes to my future.
“Doing what I do means I can take her on amazing holidays and I would love to be able to continue giving my family whatever they want.”
Annie, who is hoping to progress to a career in the porn industry, also has her sights set on improving women’s health.
“As well as becoming a porn star I would love to go down the gynaecology route,” she says.
“My experience was so poor and still today medical professionals have absolutely no idea how to deal with me or my condition and make no effort to understand it.
“In fact I have been totally put off by gynaecologists all together and I just don’t get any medical help with my condition anymore, which is really ridiculous.
“I don’t even go for check-ups.”
Annie is also contacted by women with the same condition who have struggled to have their condition understood.
“I have had other women get in touch after hearing my story and tell me how alone and let down they felt by doctors,” she adds.
“This needs to change and I’d like to think that in the future, I might be the person to help make that change.”
