Marjorie Taylor Greene: 'I can’t wait to dismantle the weaponized government'
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene cannot wait to dismantle the government, she said on the heels of a likely Election Day victory for former President Donald Trump.
The Georgia MAGA firebrand, who was re-elected to her seat Tuesday, also declared on X about 1:45 a.m. Wednesday that she was thrilled at the prospect of releasing from prison rioters who attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
"Donald Trump will be the 47th President of the United States!" Greene wrote. "I can’t wait to dismantle the weaponized government and for President Trump to pardon the politically prosecuted J6’ers!!"

Fellow Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC) shared his excitement that Trump may soon be able to kill the Justice Department's court case linked to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election that lead to the violent attacks.
Graham called out special counsel Jack Smith — also spearheading the Espionage Act violations case against Trump in Florida federal court — by name.
"To Jack Smith and your team: It is time to look forward to a new chapter in your legal careers as these politically motivated charges against President Trump hit a wall," Graham wrote.
"The Supreme Court substantially rejected what you were trying to do, and after tonight, it’s clear the American people are tired of lawfare."
Graham also felt compelled to assure Democrats there will be elections in the future "despite what Oprah says."
Trump during his campaign promised rally-goers they would never need to vote again because he'd make sure it was "fixed."
