Ferne McCann gives control of wellbeing business to fiancé Lori in shock move after quitting TV show
FERNE McCann has given up control of the wellbeing business she runs with fiancé Lorri Haines just weeks after calling time on her successful reality TV show.
The Towie legend, who is taking part in the new series of Dancing on Ice, has relinquished her power in the business partnership, according to a new filing with Companies House.

In September, two new directors were appointed, Dr Neetu Kaur Johnson and Richard Thomas Wyatt-Haines, a day before existing director Samir Patel resigned.
Earlier in the year the business, which has £185,000 in retained earnings, appointed Lucinda Susan Simpson as director.
Shoorah was launched in 2022 and is a mental health app that provides a tailored service for individuals and businesses, addressing an array of well-being concerns.
According to its website, it has links to big brands like Nike and Securitas.
In September, Ferne shocked fans when she announced she had quit her ITVBe show Ferne McCann: My Family & Me, previously called Ferne McCann: First Time Mum, series after 13 series.
Her statement read: “After an incredible 13 series I have made the very difficult decision that this series of @fernemyfamandme will be my last.
“Where do I begin? Firstly by saying a huge, huge thank you to each one of you that have watched my show and been on our family journey with us.
“This show has been such an incredible part of my life for the last seven years and what a ride it has been filming from being pregnant with Sunday to now. Your support and loyalty to me and my family has, at times, lifted me more than you will ever know. Thank you.”
Mum-of-two Ferne, who got engaged to Lorri in July 2022 – seven months after first dating, said the decision was made with the best interests of her children – Finty and Sunday – in mind.
“They are my absolute priority and Sunday is now at an age where she is very much her own little person and I want her to go out there and take her own path.”
“From the day I started filming I have poured my heart and soul in to the series. I genuinely feel like I’ve laughed, cried, loved and lived with you, sharing all the ups and downs.”
She then thanked the production company and her fans, once again, for their continued support.

“I’ve found happiness; all the years of hard work, self-studying and therapy, the universe has rewarded me.”

Early 2024:
Ferne revealed the pair sleep in separate rooms – but insisted it saved their relationship.
She said: “We are so here for it. I don’t even want to sleep in the same bed as him – I think he would irate me.
“It’s healthy for our relationship because we live together, we run the business, Shoorah, and we’re raising the children. We need our time.”

But, let’s be honest, for many couples after they have a baby, sex goes out the window. There’s no normal, but we were having sex barely once a month. It’s what’s normal for the couple.”
