Off-duty NYPD traffic agent arrested in Staten Island: NYPD
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Monday afternoon, according to the NYPD.
Michael Ibrahim, 41, was taken into custody around 3:30 p.m.
Ibrahim is employed as an NYPD traffic agent, police say. He was charged with assault and harassment.
