Will Ferrell in Harris ad: 'Your vote will make the difference. That means you, Gary'
Will Ferrell is rejecting talk of one American not making an impact at the ballot box, saying in a last-minute push for Vice President Harris's campaign that "your vote will make the difference."
"This election is going to be one of the closest in history," the "Anchorman" and "Elf" star said in an offbeat ad for Harris's campaign released Sunday.
"Your vote will make the difference. That means you, Gary," Ferrell deadpanned to the camera.
"'Oh blah, blah, blah; I'm just one person,'" the 57-year-old comedic actor continued.
"No, shut the f‑‑‑ up, Gary," Ferrell said.
"Last time, only a few thousand votes kept Trump out of office. And this time, we'll hold you personally responsible, Gary," he said in the ad, titled "That Means You."
"Don't forget to vote, Gary," Ferrell said.
The pre-Election Day spot featuring Ferrell comes just days after the "Saturday Night Live" alum made another get-out-the-vote push for Harris alongside comedian Billy Eichner in which the pair sported shirts with the message "Loud White Men for Kamala."
