Laura Anderson rushes daughter, one, to hospital after terrifying incident at home
LAURA Anderson rushed her one-year-old daughter Bonnie to hospital last night after a terrifying incident at home.
The Love Island star, 35, who shares Bonnie with Hollyoaks star Gary Lucy, took to social media to share the scary ordeal.
Laura said that her daughter began to develop febrile convulsions, which is a seizure that occurs in children when they have a high fever.
The Scottish star, who previously worked as cabin crew, said she jumped into action and raced her daughter to the hospital.
She shared a photo of Bonnie in her pushchair and wrote: “Feeling very grateful after a dash to A&E last night.
“Luckily enough I knew what a febrile convulsion was from being crew but my goodness, it’s a different story when it’s your child and you have to drive to the hospital yourself.”
She continued: “Also hats off to all the parents dealing with severely sick children and to the strength these children have.
“I do not know how you cope.”
She reassured fans that her daughter was okay and said she would share more details soon.
Laura added: “You can let me know if you want me to explain what happened as it’s not really what I thought.”
The TV star captioned the sweet photo: “Getting some fresh air.”
Laura gave birth to Bonnie in September 2023.
She met the father of her child Gary when taking part in E4‘s Celebs Go Dating the previous year.
Just last month, Laura revealed her new boyfriend, Dundee centre-back Clark Robertson, 31.
Mum-of-one Laura shared a string of photos from their romantic Glasgow trip.
She captioned the post: “That time we had a night off life.”
In one cheeky shot, the radio presenter clung onto her Scottish hunk and wrapped a leg around him as she smiled away.
A topless Clark beamed from ear to ear as he posed with Laura, as they enjoyed each other’s company.
Revealing her new man’s identity this month, telly fave Laura shared the exciting news with her loyal army of followers and said: “Happy Friday.”
Single-parent Laura has a tot with soap star Gary Lucy however the pair called it quits on their romance last year.
She was also in a relationship with nineties popstar Dane Bowers before the relationship fizzled out.
