Jack Bech will lead the TCU Horned Frogs (5-3) into their battle against the Baylor Bears (4-4) at McLane Stadium on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET.
The Bears head into the matchup after winning 38-28 over the Oklahoma State Cowboys in their last game on Oct. 26. Their last time out, the Horned Frogs won 35-34 over the Texas Tech Red Raiders. He also carried the ball eight times for 73 yards and one rushing touchdown. Dawson Pendergrass rushed for 142 yards on six carries (23.7 yards per carry) and one touchdown, adding one reception for eight yards. Ashtyn Hawkins had 74 yards on four catches (18.5 per reception) with one touchdown in that game. Josh Hoover went 21-for-32 with 344 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions for the Frogs against the Red Raiders. Savion Williams carried the ball 11 times for 72 yards and one touchdown. He caught three passes for 81 yards and one touchdown. Eric McAlister caught one pass for 84 yards (84.0 yards per catch), scoring one touchdown.
