GOP pollster reveals two 'critical' constituents he's watching that could prove 'decisive'
Conservative pollster and focus grouper Frank Luntz revealed to CNN the two voting blocs he will be watching most critically when the votes start rolling in on Tuesday evening.
Luntz, an outspoken critic of former President Donald Trump, said he is "uniquely afraid" that the election conspiracy theories Trump has promoted could ultimately lead to widespread civil unrest.
"So, Frank, we mentioned at the top of the program the new Marist polling showing Harris leading Trump in the so-called blue wall states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, all within the margin of error," said anchor Anderson Cooper. "Do you take anything away from that?"

"I take that it's impossible that it's so close and that it is impossible to figure out the mindset," said Luntz. "To me, I'm not looking as much at the polling anymore because that's determined. I don't believe there are any more undecideds. There are still uncommitteds. There are still persuadables. But if you're undecided, you reject both candidates. You don't like them. You're not going to be voting for them. To me, I'm trying to figure out what the turnout is going to be."
"The group that I'm watching more than any other are young women," he continued. "If they come out in significant numbers, if they make a bigger percentage of the overall voter pool, then that is great news for Harris. That may propel her."
"The other group that I'm watching are Latinos," Luntz added. "Some of that has been muddied over what happened in Madison Square Garden earlier this week, but the Latino population is voting in good numbers in the western states, and that's critical in Arizona and Nevada. What they do could also be decisive."
