Her adorable daughter snuggled into her chest in a beige carrier.
The single mum looked great after giving birth two weeks ago, dressed in comfy tracksuit bottoms and a black jumper.
Charlotte announced the birth of their child on social media, but she failed to tag Conor, 31, as they are currently not on speaking terms.
The Traitors star captioned her post: “Princess Penelope has arrived and we have been enjoying our ‘Penelope bubble’ so much.
“I am going to be off the radar for a little longer, whilst I enjoy these magical moments with my precious girl!! Thank you to all that have checked in to make sure I am ok!! my heart is full xx”
The star had a tough pregnancy so far after falling pregnant with the singer’s baby following a fling.
Charlotte had previously had seven agonising miscarriages and failed IVF during her marriage to estranged wife Laura.
Though she was very excited about becoming a mum, the situation with singer Conor left her distraight, and she described him as “a real-life traitor who betrayed me” in an interview with The Sun.
She fell pregnant from their one-night stand following a champagne-fuelled wrap party for the second series of The Traitors, hosted by Claudia Winkleman.
Charlotte was introduced to TikToker Conor by the BBC murder mystery game’s winner Harry Clark.
She said she felt pressured into keeping Conor’s identity as the father a secret.
Speaking to the Sun on Sunday, Charlotte said: “We had a great night together and even sent Harry a selfie of us in bed saying, ‘Successful match’.
“We kept in touch, confided in each other and planned to meet up. But after I told him I was pregnant that apparently decent man changed.
“He turned on me, I felt pressured into keeping his identity as the father a secret.
“He told me, ‘I’m not ready to be a dad. It’s nothing against you, Charlotte, but even if we’d been together three years, I would be the exact same. I do not want to have a child. That’s why I haven’t got a dog’.
“It was so stressful that doctors twice put me on bed rest. I thought I was going to miscarry.”
Last month Charlotte was rushed to hospital, telling fans: “Back in hospital AGAIN. Just feel so at my limit.”
