Did Adam Schefter really use an illegal stream to watch Jets-Texans on Thursday?
Some NFL fans were extremely eagle-eyed on Thursday night, noticing a little URL in the top left-hand corner of a video shared by ESPN’s Adam Schefter showing the Malachi Corley brainfart at the goal line: MethStreams.com.
That would be an illegal streaming site used to watch sporting events. And with the New York Jets and Houston Texans playing on the subscription-only Amazon Prime Video, fans wondered: what gives? Is the ESPN NFL reporter really using an illegal stream to watch the game?
We don’t know the full answer. What we do know is: maybe it’s possible the video is taken from somewhere else on X (formerly Twitter). Other videos he posted there don’t have the URL.
So … who knows?
