WARNING: Horrific moment man blows his hand off lighting firework
Video footage shows the shocking moment a baseball fan in the US appears to lose his fingers as a firework explodes in his hand.
The Dodgers supporter was celebrating his team’s win after Wednesday night’s World Series game when he lit the firework in a Los Angeles street.
The video, shared on social media, shows the firework go off prematurely, while he’s still holding it, causing a bright orange explosion and thick smoke.

The man is then seen staggering over the pavement, leaning over as someone is heard shouting ‘oh!’ in the background.
A second shot shows him walk dazed towards another person, while looking at his severely injured hand.
One bystander is heard shouting, ‘His hand blew off, oh my goodness’, while another says ‘dial 911 right now’.
Police have since confirmed the victim was a 25-year-old man and paramedics were at the scene at at 2.30am on Thursday morning, according to reports by TMZ.
His injuries were described as life-changing but not life-threatening.
The incident was one of several chaotic scenes in Los Angeles that night as thousands of fans across LA took to the streets to celebrate the Dodgers beating the New York Yankees 7-6.
Clips shared online show people setting vehicles on fire and looting shops wearing clown masks.
On Thursday morning, Los Angeles Police Department said it had made 12 arrests linked to the disruption the previous night.
Several dispersal orders were also given, it added.
