I went viral for sleeping with 101 men in a day – trolls say I have no shame but I’m aiming to reach 1000 in 24 hours
A WOMAN who slept with 101 men in one day has set her sights on a new goal.
She revealed that she plans to reach 1000 sexual partners in just 24 hours.
TikTok user Lillian Phillips slept with 101 men in one day and has now set herself a new challenge[/caption]In her viral video, TikTok user Lillian Phillips (@lillian.phillipss) explained the “logistics” of the set-up to her followers.
The self-described “mattress actress” referred to her day with 101 men as a “warm up” for her next target, 1,000 men.
While she plans to complete the 24 challenge in February, Lillian reflected on how she could make the day more efficient.
She revealed that she had 500 applications from men hoping to feature in her 101 challenge, which she filmed.
The content creator and her team narrowed the applicants down to 200, ensuring they had back-ups if people dropped out.
On the day, Lillian began at 9:00 AM and ended up running four hours over, eventually finishing at 11:00 PM.
She explained that she booked 15 people each hour, initially offered five minute slots for one-on-ones, which she then cut down to two minutes when they began to run behind schedule.
Lillian also said that she prioritised group bookings as it meant “you’re getting your numbers up a lot quicker.”
“I think that was one thing I really struggled with, telling people no, saying: ‘I’m so sorry but your time is up, I’ve got to go on to the next guy,'” she explained.
Despite this issue, she said the organisation of the day occurred in a “very orderly fashion.”
She employed a security guard at the door to check IDs as well as four staff members to ensure the men in the waiting room had everything they needed.
Lillian said she only left the bedroom once during the 14 hour day, to have a quick shower.
Reflecting on how she felt after the day was over, the TikToker said she felt confident in reaching her nexgt goal.
“I wasn’t even sore down there, obviously a little bit sore but I could stand. I feel like I was made for this,” she said.
TikTok users shared their thoughts on her challenge in the comments section.
Dealing with sex addiction
IF you, or someone you know, is dealing with a sex addiction, here's everything you need to know...
Seek Professional Help: Consulting a therapist who specialises in sexual addiction can be very beneficial. Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches can help address underlying issues and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Join Support Groups: Connecting with others who are experiencing similar challenges can provide support and understanding. Groups such as Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) offer a safe space to share experiences and gain insights.
Set Boundaries: Establish clear boundaries to avoid triggers and situations that may lead to addictive behaviours. This might include limiting internet usage, avoiding certain places, or ending unhealthy relationships.
Develop Healthy Habits: Engage in activities that promote well-being and fulfilment, such as exercise, hobbies, or volunteering. These can help redirect energy towards positive outlets.
Mindfulness and Stress Management: Practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga can help manage stress and reduce the urge to engage in addictive behaviours.
Education: Learning about sex addiction can help you understand your condition better and recognise patterns and triggers. Knowledge is a powerful tool in managing addiction.
Accountability: Having a trusted friend or sponsor to check in with can provide accountability and support. This person can help you stay on track with your recovery goals.
Avoid Isolation: Isolation can exacerbate addictive behaviours. Try to maintain social connections and seek out healthy relationships that offer support and companionship.
Set Realistic Goals: Recovery is a journey and setting small, achievable goals can help you stay motivated and track your progress.
Medication: In some cases, medication may be prescribed to help manage symptoms of sex addiction, particularly if there are co-occurring mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety.
