I make the same five-ingredient smoothie every day for clear, glowy skin – it’s great for anti-ageing & tastes nice too
A WOMAN has revealed her simple trick for clear, glowy skin.
So if your face is looking a bit lacklustre and you aren’t sure where to start, according to beauty fan Kailin, it’s important to fix up your diet.
Kailin explained that her delicious drink is not only tasty and anti-ageing, but it also promotes healthy digestion too[/caption]The Licensed Aesthetician and Nutritionist explained that thanks to her five-ingredient smoothie, which she drinks almost every single day, she has glass skin.
The influencer, who follows an anti-inflammatory diet, took to social media to share the benefits of her anti-ageing drink, leaving many open-mouthed.
The brunette beauty shared her smoothie recipe clip online with the caption ‘This smoothie keeps my skin smooth and glowing from within. You can also add protein powder instead of collagen powder to make it a meal.’
She then disclosed: “This is the green smoothie that I drink almost every single day to keep my skin clear and glowing and it’s super easy and quick to make.”
Thanks to this simple smoothie, you’ll need five ingredients, many of which you may already have at home.
Kailin advised: “All you need is half an avocado, half a banana, you can use a whole banana if you want it to be sweeter, some spinach, I also like to add some collagen powder for anti-ageing but you don’t have to, and your favourite milk of course.”
Kailin confessed that she uses oak milk in her smoothie, but you can use whichever dairy or non-dairy milk you prefer best.
She simply adds her ingredients into a blender and mixes it all together – and after just a few seconds, her drink is ready.
She continued: “Because this drink is packed with fibre and fatty acids, it’s also great for our brain and guts.”
Not only is Kailin’s smoothie anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing, but it almost promotes healthy digestion too.
If that wasn’t enough, according to this content creator, her delicious drink also helps to reduce acne flare ups and increases brain function too.
Kailin then added: “And most importantly, it tastes really good and creamy.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @glowwkailin, has clearly left many open-mouthed as it has quickly amassed 318,700 views.
Social media users were incredibly impressed by the mouth-watering recipe and were keen to share this in the comments.

How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist
LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.
Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.
A third commented: “Looks delicious.”
Meanwhile, someone else asked: “Can I use frozen spinach and avocado?”
To this, the beauty fan confirmed: “Yes, frozen veg and fruits would also work.”
Not only this, but someone else asked: “I’m allergic to bananas and avocados, any substitute recommendations?”
In response, Kailin replied: “Maybe try nut butter, and yogurt instead of milk.”
