PlayStation fans can grab three games completely free including a day-one release
PLAYSTATION Plus subscribers can grab new games for free every month, but usually they are older titles.
However, in November, even if you’re subscribed to the cheapest tier PlayStation Plus Essential, you’ll be able to grab a day-one release.
Ghostwire Tokyo is from the developer behind The Evil Within[/caption] Or you can race with friends in Hot Wheels Unleashed 2[/caption] A new release in Death Note joins the line-up[/caption]The highlight of the month for PS Plus subscribers is Ghostwire Tokyo, a supernatural horror game Tango Gameworks.
Tango Gameworks also developed The Evil Within and Hi-Fi Rush, so it’s known for making excellent games.
It received a massive 82 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic, though the first-person perspective and horror elements are not for the faint of heart.
The next game available this month is Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged, a racing game based on the toys.
Choose from a selection of your favourite Hot Wheels cars and race against your friends at home or online.
The final game available this month will be coming on the day that it’s released.
Death Note Killer Within is a multiplayer social deduction game similar to Among Us for up to ten people.
Based on the infamous anime and manga series, you have to talk it out with friends to figure out who is using the Death Note.
All of these games are available on PS5, and Hot Wheels and Death Note are playable on PS4 as well.
These games will be available as part of PS Plus from November 5, so there’s a few days left to grab October’s offerings.
You still have a few days to pick up WWE 2K24, Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, and the Dead Space remake.
Plus New Releases
Adding new releases to the PS Plus Essential line up is becoming more and more common lately, which is great for subscribers.
Admittedly these are cheaper titles and not triple-A games, but the variety is still nice.
PS Plus still offers some larger games that are a little bit older but still high quality, which is a good compromise.
Over the last few months PS Plus’ quality has only improved, and if you’re a horror fan, then this month is a good deal.
