I love Jellycat’s Christmas wreath but it’s £70 – I found a dupe in Primark for £7 and it looks so good
SHOPPERS have rushed to Primark to buy a budget-friendly dupe of a popular Christmas decoration.
One person described the wreath as “cute” as she joined the legion of people raving about it.
A homeowner was browsing the shelves in Primark when they spotted a furry green wreath with a smiling facial expression.
It had presents, holly, and a candy cane stitched into the green fabric along with a large red bow at the top.
They shared their find on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has almost 3 million members.
“Jellycat dupe (£70), Primark £7,” they wrote.
A stream of people liked the post and began to tag friends in the comment section.
“How cute is he? Need to get to Primark,” one person wrote.
“Might get for my front door,” another commented.
“If you see this I want one,” a third said, bringing a friend’s attention to the post.
“I need this to help with my wreath obsession,” another added.
Primark’s soft green wreath could be mistaken for a design by Jellycat with its soft and colourful design.
However, Jellycat’s Amuseables Decorated Christmas Wreath costs a whopping £70.
The eye-catching festive decoration made from polyester is embellished with gold velour baubles and red suedette bows.
The brand recommends hand washing it to keep it looking pristine.
The dupe comes after Primark shared its new Christmas home collection on social media.
It included a “Merry Christmas” sign to welcome visitors, as well as napkins and patterned tea towels for the kitchen.

A fleeced dressing gown that looks like a Santa Claus outfit was priced at £13 and matching slippers were £5.
One person said they were “running to Primark” to grab the items.
