Shocking pictures show Rafael Nadal’s tennis academy UNDER WATER after record-breaking floods devastate Majorca
A TENNIS academy run by 22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal has been hit by a devastating flood.
Torrential rain has battered several parts of Spain this week, including Majorca.

The Rafa Nadal Academy, based in Manacor, was one of the many buildings affected by the unprecedented weather conditions.
Both indoor and outdoor tennis courts were flooded in the wake of the huge storm.
A gym area was also damaged by flood water.
The tennis academy shared photos of the damage on social media earlier this week.
A caption read: “Thank you all very much for your messages of love after the huge storm we suffered.
“The important thing is that we are all well and working hard to recover as soon as possible normal life in the academy and the @proteccioncivilpalma.

A gym has been damaged by the floods[/caption]The devastating setback for Nadal has occurred just weeks before his final tennis match.
He is in line to represent Spain at the Davis Cup next month.
The 38-year-old announced his retirement from professional tennis earlier this month.
In an emotional video, he said: “I am here to let you know I am retiring from professional tennis.
“The reality is that it has been some difficult years, the last two especially.
“I don’t think I have been able to play without limitations.”
