OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for parts of Oklahoma that will remain in effect until 8:00 p.m.
NWS says, the advisory is set to affect portions of Central, Northern, Northwest, Southwest and Western Oklahoma and Northern Texas with gusty winds.

- Harper, Woods, Alfalfa, Grant, Kay, Ellis, Woodward, Major, Garfield
- Noble, Roger Mills, Dewey, Custer, Blaine, Kingfisher, Logan, Payne
- Beckham, Washita, Canadian, Oklahoma, Grady, McClain, Cleveland, Harmon
- Greer, Kiowa, Jackson, Tillman, Comanche, Cotton, Hardeman, Wilbarger, Wichita

Strong winds could potentially make driving difficult and NWS is encouraging drivers to use extra caution.
