On-duty NYC teacher accused of putting student in headlock: NYPD
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A New York City teacher allegedly placed a student in a headlock during school hours on Tuesday, according to the NYPD.
The student is a 15-year-old, police said.
Gary Zeng, 27, was charged with strangulation, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault, according to the NYPD.
