Spurs considering January offer for right-winger from Club Brugge
Tottenham Hotspur have identified a player who can strengthen their attack and are now in the process of deciding whether to push ahead with an offer for him.
Spurs want a right-winger
It has emerged that Tottenham want to add a right-winger to their squad in January after Dejan Kulusevski’s permanent move to the middle of the park.
The club are said to be keen on bringing in a player who can offer competition to Brennan Johnson, and one player has now caught their eye.
According to GiveMeSport, the player in question is Club Brugge attacker Andreas Skov Olsen, who has made an impressive start to the new season, with five goal contributions in 10 league games so far.
Spurs contemplating offer for Skov Olsen
It has been suggested that Spurs have been keeping an eye on Olsen’s performances this season and are now discussing whether to push ahead with an offer for him.
The North London club are aware that the likes of West Ham, Aston Villa, AC Milan and Sevilla are also interested in the 24-year-old, but they are refusing the rule out the possibility of entering the race.
The outlet adds that the idea of a January move for the Denmark international is ‘gaining support behind the scenes’ among the decision-makers at Hotspur Way.
How much will Andreas Skov Olsen cost?
GiveMeSport point out that Club Brugge wanted £25m for the attacker when clubs came knocking for him during the summer transfer window.
However, Spurs are said to be cognizant of the possibility that the Belgian club’s demand might have gone up in light of the start that the winger has made to the season.
At the same time, the Lilywhites and the other suitors are aware that Brugge might be under pressure to sell their star man, who will soon enter the final 18 months of his contract.
