This is Whale’s first season with the Wildcats, transferring in the offseason after two years at Alaska Anchorage.
The Bobcats have been dominant on home ice since the return of fans to the arena in 2021-22, sitting as the only team in the country to be Top 3 nationally in home winning percentage. Quinnipiac is 49-5-2 at home since the start of the 2021-22 campaign and has won 15 of its last 16 games on home ice. The Bobcats also have gone 39 consecutive games without a home regulation loss, with the last coming on Feb. 25, 2022 to Cornell.
