'Stop stop stop': CNN host shuts down GOP lawmaker for dodging Hitler question
CNN's Kate Bolduan lost patience with Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) after he repeatedly refused to answer her questions about Donald Trump's alleged envy of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.
During the interview, Bolduan began by showing Emmer a new poll from ABC News showing that 49 percent of Americans believe that Trump is a fascist, which is a shockingly high number for a major political party candidate for the presidency.
"Donald Trump is going to win this election!" Emmer responded. "And he's going to win this election because the closing message has been the message all along: Kamala, you broke it. Donald Trump is going to fix it. Donald Trump has a positive message for the future."
Bolduan again tried to get Emmer to answer her question about nearly half the country believing his party's nominee was a fascist and he again responded by saying that voters care more about the economy.

She then asked him if he was personally comfortable if Trump wanted to have generals who were like those that Hitler once had.
"Kate, when you talk about this stuff, you want to talk about anything but what the American people care about," he said. "The American people talk about the economy."
"Stop stop stop stop," Bolduan interrupted while Emmer told her that she was insulting Americans by dismissing their fears about food prices.
"Let's make a deal," Bolduan said. "I ask a question, you answer it. You answer the actual question and we'll move on to another issue. Let's try it this way: Are you personally okay if Donald Trump says that he wants his generals to be like Hitler's generals?"
"Americans do not want to talk about that!" he insisted.
