MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT star Polly Sellman has revealed the secret to her dramatic two-stone weight-loss.
The 28-year old’s time on the Channel 4 show has been anything but uneventful, with some viewers calling for the careers advisor to be axed over her treatment of intruder bride Hannah.
And Polly’s relationship with husband Adam hasn’t been plain sailing, with the pair first coming to blows after the 33-year-old barber said that she wasn’t his type, as he usually goes for “petite brunettes”.
The bride, from Kent, begged Adam for more intimacy and reassurance in their marriage, but then shocked viewers by stating that she wanted to swap grooms and get with Hannah’s husband Stephen instead.
It is unclear whether the duo are still together, but both have undergone dramatic transformations since leaving the show, with Adam previously showing off his two and a half stone weight loss.
In recent Instagram snaps, Polly has wowed fans by showing off her slimmer frame.
In one image, she beams at the camera in a stylish grey jumpsuit and matching boots.
In another photo, she strips down to her underwear, to show the progress of her transformation.
Sharing the secret to her success Polly revealed that she has used a simple three part method, upping her water intake, eating less and moving about more.
She added that she has found a “real passion” for fitness, and keeps to a regular workout routine.
Polly said that she is very “proud” of her weight loss and revealed that she started her journey back in March of this year.
Sharing a side by side picture of how she looked in March, to how she looks now, Polly said: ” It’s not until I look at these photos back that I really do see how different I look.
“I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I’m there it’s going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I’ve lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink.”
Polly added that she has always been confident, but has struggled with body confidence in the past.
She added: “I have a lot more self confidence and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothing whereas I didn’t before.
“I dressed well for my shape and size but never felt hugely comfortable just the fact I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities.
