‘It’s my favourite place to shop’ cry fashion fans over store you’ve never heard of with secret M&S buys and £1 bargains
A LITTLE-KNOWN shop that you’ve probably never heard of has been hailed by shoppers as their “favourite place” for fashion bargains. .
You Know Who’s has hundreds of cut-price clothing including cosy knitwear, dresses and even school uniform essentials for the kids, for far less.
The retailer offers a whole range of items – including children’s clothing, footwear and homeware essentials.
But with only nine stores across the UK’s high street – including one in Cowdenbeath, Fife – it’s unsurprising that many people haven’t heard of it before.
So let’s take a closer look at what it’s all about.
You Know Who’s insists that they “take outlet shopping to the next level” with their cut label fashion.
Explaining their ‘cut label’ approach to shoppers, bosses at the high street retailer said: “Imagine this: A major brand orders 20,000 dresses from a factory. But then, they change their minds and decide to only purchase 10,000.
“The remaining 10,000 dresses are left without a home and are at risk of ending up in a landfill – until we step in.
“Instead of letting perfectly good garments go to waste, we offer them to you at discounts of up to 90% off the original retail price!
“We buy this surplus stock, which the factory sells at a significantly reduced price after cutting out the brand labels.”
They added: “We take pride in curating the latest styles and trends from some of the UK’s most beloved brands.
“Our collection includes a wide range of brands you KNOW.
“Unfortunately, we very often aren’t allowed to directly name the brand on specific items.
“One of the most exciting aspects of shopping with You Know Who’s is the thrill of discovery. Every item in our store is a treasure waiting to be found.
“Whether you’re a seasoned bargain hunter or new to the world of cut label fashion, you’ll love the excitement of finding your favourite high-street brands for cheap.”
Shoppers in the past have insisted they’ve picked up bargains from M&S, Tu Clothing, River Island and Next.
Savvy mum Lorna Cooper, from Paisley, yesterday insisted the discount retailer is her favourite stop for cheap buys.
Posting on Feed your family for about £20 a week, a public Facebook group with 683,000 followers, she told her fellow bargain hunters: “This has rapidly become my favourite place to shop lately, as I’ve had so many bargains!
“[There’s] AMAZING savings on school uniforms, coats, PJs, and much more.”
And other fashion haves have been left stunned after discovering it too.
“Hadn’t heard of this store but just signed up on line”, admitted one.
A second wrote: “There’s an actual store !!!!!!! I shop with them online but didn’t realise there was a shop.”
“Never heard of them – will have to have a look”, chimed in a third.
Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: “I’m turning into a fan too! 2 visits and 2 bagfuls.”
