Which wide receivers will shine in Week 6 for your fantasy football teams? We’ll take a look at all of them in our PPR rankings.

Week 5 of the NFL season is in the books and as far as fantasy football goes, there are a lot of wide receivers who we expected to be good doing just that. Your Top-3 fantasy receivers through five games are Ja’Marr Chase, Nico Collins and Justin Jefferson. The cream, it always rises to the top.

We also have two rookies in Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr. in the Top-10, while Marvin Harrison Jr. sits at 18. At this point, there really is no reason to be afraid of drafting rookie wide receivers. Sure, they can bust, but as long as they have a starting spot going into the season and were early picks, they’re going to get their shot more often than not.

Week 6 wide receiver byes

Xavier Worthy, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Justin Watson, Cooper Kupp, Jordan Whittington, Tutu Atwell, Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Jalen Nailor

Week 6 wide receiver injuries

Malik Nabers, Giants

Nabers missed last week due to a concussion. There haven’t been any reports concerning his progress so far this week, but the odds would favor him being cleared and available.

Nico Collins, Texans

Collins had a long touchdown in Week 5, but he also suffered a hamstring injury. The injury will likely keep him out a couple weeks, but as usual, injury timetables aren’t always correct. With Collins out, Stefon Diggs becomes a must start and Tank Dell has huge upside. Xavier Hutchinson saw the biggest increase in snaps, but didn’t get a ton of targets after Collins left.

DeVonta Smith/A.J. Brown, Eagles

The bye week appears to have been enough to get both Brown and Smith back into the fold. That is great news for Jalen Hurts and the offense as they take on the Browns in Week 6. Their return will hurt Dallas Goedert’s workload.

Khalil Shakir, Bills

Shakir’s ankle injury kept him out of Week 5 and his Week 6 availability is still unknown. Sean McDermott didn’t give much of an update, just saying they are taking his injury day-to-day. We’ll need to see how much he can practice this week before locking him into our lineups.

Xavier Legette, Panthers

Legette injured his shoulder in Week 5 against the Bears, but told reporters he would be ready for Week 6. We of course can’t take a player’s word on their health, but it’s better than him saying he’ll be out. For now we can lean toward him playing.

Romeo Doubs, Packers

Doubs skipped a couple practices last week, apparently due to his lack of usage in the offense. The team suspended him for a game and now it appears he’ll be back and inserted into his normal role. Maybe he gets a little extra love from Love this week, but there are still too many mouths to feed to give Doubs what he wants.

Rashee Rice, Chiefs

ESPN’s Adam Schefter tried to tease that Rice might be back this season, but even with tests revealing Rice might not have as bad an injury as first thought, he’s still set to miss the season. Travis Kelce and JuJu Smith-Schuster look like the main beneficiaries at the moment for fantasy.

Week 6 wide receiver sleepers

DJ Moore, Bears vs. Jaguars

Caleb Williams and DJ Moore finally really got in-synch in Week 5, as Moore caught five passes for 102 yards and two touchdowns. This week they get probably the best matchup you could want against the Jaguars. Jacksonville has allowed 82 receptions for 1,052 yards and six touchdowns to wide receivers. That’s 16.4 receptions and 210.4 yards per game just to wide receivers. I’d play Rome Odunze and Keenan Allen in this matchup as well, but Moore remains the high end target.

Jalen Tolbert, Cowboys vs. Lions

The Lions come into Dallas as three-point favorites and we know they can put up points with the best of them. I expect the Lions to take a lead here, which should force Dak Prescott to put the ball in the air more than they’d like. The Lions rank 31st in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers and 21st in pass defense EPA.

Tolbert came on strong last week with Brandin Cooks sent to I.R. He caught 7-of-10 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown as the WR2, but did lead the team in targets and yards. CeeDee Lamb is the no-doubt No. 1 here, but Tolbert has the No. 2 role locked down with Cooks out for a few more games.
