Love Island star Hannah Smith arrested and jailed for making ‘terroristic threats’ in Georgia as she scowls in mugshot
LOVE Island USA star Hannah Smith has been arrested in Georgia for making alleged terroristic threats.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively confirm Hannah, 26, was arrested on September 30 for terroristic threats and acts, and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer in Cobb County, Georgia.
The arrest took place at 11pm at concert venue Coca-Cola Roxy and Orange deck valet parking.
The arresting officer wrote in the warrant obtained by The U.S. Sun that Hannah was “getting escorted out of The Roxy and the Orange deck for being disorderly” at the time.
They continued, “As she was being escorted away from the Orange Deck parking structure and to her Uber she attempted to punch me, with a closed fist, however, she did not make contact with me.
“While in handcuffs she also attempted to kick me multiple times.”
The warrant added, “Said accused did threaten to commit a crime of violence.
“While said accused was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Center she stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times with the purpose of terrorizing said victim.”
She was released from Cobb County Jail on $8,000 bond, according to court records.
The terms of her bond include no consuming alcohol, marijuana or drugs and to “submit to random alcohol/drug tests at her own expense.”
In the incident report exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Emergency Medical Staff accompanied police when they were contacted by Roxy security over Hannah “yelling and screaming” while “intoxicated.”
“While walking in the Orange Deck out of the first floor Smith punched the EMS staff member making
contact on her right arm. The staff worker advised she did not want to press charges,” the report read.
“Smith, who was still yelling, cursing, and dropping items out
of her purse, began to walk toward me and attempted to punch me. However, before she made contact I grabbed her arm and put her on
the ground and placed her under arrest.
“Smith, while on the ground sitting, attempted to kick me multiple times but again did not make contact. While transporting Smith to Cobb ADC she stated ‘I am going to kill you and your sister,'” the report read.
The report claimed Hannah “made multiple statements about a podcast and her fans.”
“Smith then proceeded to talk as if she was on a
podcast or speaking to someone on her phone.
“When we arrived to the jail Smith refused to exit the vehicle until the person in my passenger seat was also taken out of the vehicle and placed under arrest. I advised to her that no one was in the front seat of the vehicle, however Smith still refused to exit the vehicle.”
In her mugshot, she appeared to scowl in the photo.
The arrest hasn’t deterred Hannah from posting on social media, as she posted a lingerie photo on October 7.

Hannah appeared on Peacock’s Season Six of Love Island USA.
She is a bottle server and Instagram influencer.
According to Peacock, Hannah admitted she is nicknamed “goofy” by her friends because of her clumsiness.
Hannah called herself “playful” and revealed her celebrity crushes are Odell Beckham Jr and Michael B Jordan.
Her goofy personality and humor made her a fan favorite among viewers.
TIME IN THE VILLA
Hannah, who is from North Carolina, initially coupled up with Kendall Washington.
She was unable to form a connection during her time in the Villa, as she was the first woman eliminated early in the season.
She also got to know Hakeem White during her time on the show.
When Hannah picked Hakeem in a challenge over Kendall, their relationship suffered.
Hannah told Today after her elimination, “So the challenge is really kind of what set it off. So how the challenge went is us girls went in and we were like, ‘We’re not going to choose our couple. This is funny. We’re not taking anything personal.’ And it was so different for the guys. The guys took it so personal.
“They were all so pissed. And when we went back to the villa after the challenge I had a chat with Kendall, and he just was not having it. He’s like, ‘You just basically slapped me in the face twice. I just have a wall up now with you … I want to take a step back and kind of just figure it out.’”

Hannah continued, “And I just feel like after he took a step back, things just didn’t progress back to how they were in the beginning. So I feel like after that, everything just slowly started dying out. And then obviously Nicole came in and Nicole kind of shook it up.
“We talked to each other, and we’re like, ‘I think we’re better off just as friends.’ And he told me, he’s like, ‘I really want you to find someone. I’m rooting for you always.’
“We didn’t leave on bad terms. We’re still really good friends. I’m rooting for him, as well.”
Serena Page and Kordell Beckham won Love Island Season Six.
Kendall Washington ended up coming in fourth with Nicole Jacky, who he broke up with shortly after the finale.
