Kim Kardashian Stays Sharp in Black Knife Boots at 2024 ChainFEST Los Angeles’ VIP Night in Los Angeles
Kim Kardashian attended 2024 ChainFEST Los Angeles’ VIP Night held on Oct. 5 in Los Angeles. Kardashian was joined by her friend and social media personality Olivia Pierson.
Sticking to her favorite silhouette, the reality television star donned sharp black booties. Although they were slightly eclipsed by the hem of her pants, Kardashian’s footwear pick seemingly featured black uppers, likely made of a stretch fabric of leather, along with ultra-sharp pointed toes. It’s no secret that Kardashian is a fan of Balenciaga on both the footwear and apparel fronts.
It wouldn’t be a stretch then to liken the star’s shoe choice for the festival to the brand’s knife booties, a pair she’s been seen in frequently as of late. The composition of the designer shoe is on par with her booties chosen for the VIP night, given the sharp toes and jet-black uppers. Balenciaga‘s creation sits at an ankle length and features spandex uppers and stiletto heels. The knife booties retail for $1,290 via the brand’s website and also come in leather. The boot also comes in a variety of heel heights.
Matching the edgy vibes of her footwear, the “Disaster Movie” star sported a simple cropped black t-shirt, likely from her own brand Skims. The cropped tee was partnered with matching black low-rise leather trousers in a baggy style. Kardashian has been gravitating towards motocross-inspired silhouettes as of late, a style that draws upon grunge and Y2K subcultures, boasting heavy nostalgia.
Kardashian is known for wearing bold outfits from a wide array of top brands, including Balmain, Balenciaga, Maison Margiela and Mugler. The former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star‘s shoes are equally daring and trendy, ranging from towering Rick Owens platform boots to Yeezy sneakers. For more formal occasions, Kardashian also slips on new and vintage heels from labels including Prada, Manolo Blahnik and Merah Vodianova.
