Beauty pro reveals £6.99 hack for those suffering with greasy hair – it’s better than dry shampoo & it’s not talc either
GREASY hair can be a persistent and frustrating issue for many, often leaving you feeling less than confident about your appearance.
Despite your best efforts to keep your locks looking fresh and clean, oily strands can quickly ruin a good hair day.
Bambi has revealed a £6.99 hack that she claims works better than dry shampoo[/caption]This all-too-common predicament occurs when the scalp churns out an excess of sebum – a natural oil designed to protect and hydrate your hair.
While sebum is crucial for maintaining luscious locks, an overabundance can result in that dreaded greasy look.
However, one beauty fan has revealed just the trick which she claims helps to push back hair wash day.
Bambi, who is known as Bambi Does Beauty, on TikTok, prefers a “less is more approach” when it comes to her beauty regime.
She took to her social media page and shared her top tip for girls with greasy hair.
Usually those who are prone to greasy hair would usually invest in a dry shampoo.
However, Bambi has a different solution which she claims works better.
Bambi says that this is her “hygiene hack” for her “fellow greasy haired girls.”
She continues: “If your hair gets greasy after like one day and you’re sick of the sight of dry shampoo, this is a hack that actually works.
“Apply a Micellar water to your roots, rub it in and then blow-dry it.
“This will do the same job as a dry shampoo, but no icky scratchy scalp feeling.
“Go ahead and tell your greasy friends.”
Micellar water is a skincare product that cleanses the face and removes makeup, dirt, and oil.
The solution can often be bought from drug stores including Boots and Superdrug.
Bambi urges those who are up for testing the hack out to make sure the Micellar water they buy is oil free.
Her video gained over 10,000 likes, with many beauty fans rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.

On a different topic, another asked for some advice on wrinkles.
They wrote: “What would you recommend for lines on my chest from the side sleeping?! I’m desperate.”
To which Bambi replied: “Have you tried wrinkle patches?
“Any medical grade silicone works. They have ones for chest lines! Wear them to bed at night!”
