A WOMAN has revealed that she is cheating on her husband because he has a nonexistent libido.
The woman explained that yes, her man has a medical issue, but her fantasies about sleeping with attractive men need to be fulfilled.
In an attempt to get her feelings off her chest, the anonymous woman took to social media to share her confession.
Posting on Reddit, on the r/offmychest thread, the woman, who writes under the username @CowgirlZooey, titled her post ‘Why I’m cheating on my husband’.
She then got candid and explained the background to her situation: “Recently, after years of me complaining about the lack of sex in our relationship, my husband agreed to see a doctor to see if there was a medical reason behind his nonexistent libido.
“After months and months of bloodwork, brain scans, and visits to specialists, it turns out there is a medical issue, and we’re working with doctors to get it fixed.
“For years, he denied that there was a problem and refused to see a doctor. He only did so after I came to him week after week crying because I need sex in my life and once every other month or two just wasn’t cutting it for me.
“I was having trouble concentrating at work and I was picturing myself having sex with every halfways attractive guy I came across.
“I told him all of this because we have an open and honest relationship. I told him I didn’t want to have sex with someone else, I wanted to have sex with him, but since he wasn’t interested, that’s just where my brain went.
“He said he understood. But since he was getting all the sex he wanted (and more), none of this was an urgent problem for him.
“I asked him to let me have a f**k buddy. He thought it over for weeks and finally said okay.
“When the day came for me to meet up with the f**k buddy for the first time, hubby texted me and said he changed his mind. I told him I wouldn’t do it.”
But the woman confessed that she disobeyed her husband’s wishes and now, several months later, is having a full blown sexual affair.
She continued: “I did it anyhow. And I’ve kept doing it (it’s been several months at this point).

“I’m not in love or lust with this guy. He just satisfies a physical need.
“We have great sexual chemistry and the sex has never been less than amazing. But I’m cheating.
“And sometimes late at night when I’m exhausted, I just need to get that off my chest.”

They start to take their phone everywhere with them
In close relationships, it’s normal to know each other’s passwords and use each other’s phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something.
Aaron says: “If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful.”
“You should also look at how they place their phone down when not in use. If they face the phone with the screen facing down, then they could be hiding something.”
They start telling you less about their day
When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you.
“If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don’t want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag.”
“Partners often avoid their spouses or tell them less about their day because cheating can be tough, remembering all of your lies is impossible and it’s an easy way to get caught out,” says Aaron.
Their libido changes
Your partner’s libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron.
Aaron says: “Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating. You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren’t there before.”
They become negative towards you
Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify.
“To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere. Maybe you haven’t walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime. A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating,” warns Aaron.

“Your husband will find out eventually due to the feelings you will develop for this other person. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you are no longer with your husband because your needs are being met by someone else.
