Beloit man hospitalized in Highway 24 rollover crash
CLOUD COUNTY (KSNT) - A Kansas man was hospitalized with serious injuries following a crash on Highway 24 in Cloud County on Friday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) reports in a crash log the crash occurred around 12:20 p.m. on Sept. 20 on Highway 24 just west of where it intersects with 110th Road. A Chevrolet Tracker was heading west on the highway when it went left of center, overcorrected and entered the north ditch.
The driver hit an embankment and rolled before his Chevrolet came to a stop on its top. The man, a 22-year-old from Beloit, was listed as having serious injuries in the aftermath of the crash and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
