Watch: Kamala Harris bursts out laughing as heckler jabs Donald Trump
A heckler who interrupted Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign speech in Georgia Friday evoked a strong response from the Democratic presidential nominee — not a rebuke, but a joyful laugh.
Harris' laughter arrived amid an address to Atlanta voters to whom she delivered a dire warning about the reproductive rights she warned were at stake this election season as she faces off against former President Donald Trump.
"Trump says that he would personally cast his vote in Florida, which is where he now lives, to support their extreme abortion ban just like the one that is here in Georgia," Harris said.
That's when the heckler called out: "Felons can't vote!"

The room erupted in laughter as Harris, shoulders bobbing up and down, replied with a chuckle and toothy smile.
The heckler took a jab at Trump's conviction in New York City criminal court earlier this year on charges he falsified business records to conceal hush money paid to adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
Trump also stands accused of election subversion in Washington D.C. and election racketeering Georgia, both based on his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential race results.
Once the laughter simmered down, Harris replied to her heckler with a quip of her own before returning to her more somber message.
"That's a whole different policy discussion that we'll have for another day," Harris said. "But let's understand, if he is elected again as president, Donald Trump will go further."
The laughter quickly turned to boos.
"We know what we're up against," said Harris. "The stakes are so high."
