'No one said that!' CNN guest laughs in disbelief as heated panelists shout at each other
Minutes after a CNN panel devolved into chaos Thursday night during a discussion over the GOP's support of candidates accused of wrongdoing, the same panelists shouted over each other again — this time during a heated discussion over whether former President Donald Trump killed an immigration bill.
Earlier in the night, the discussion on CNN's "NewsNight" became heated when social media influencer Leigh McGowan questioned how Republicans can stand by candidates accused of serious wrongdoing. Her question, directed at Republicans on the panel, came as the panel reacted to a report that surfaced comments purportedly made by North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson, in which an account linked to Robinson proclaimed he was a "Black Nazi" and fantasized about owning slaves.
McGowan and Ryan Girdusky, a former Senate campaign staffer for Trump's running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance, got into a tense back-and-forth, with Girdusky asserting Democrats also stand by candidates accused of wrongdoing.
"That happens a lot," he said, as McGowan twice shouted back, "But should it?!"

Later in the evening, the same duo got into another heated back-and-forth during a discussion over GOP-promoted conspiracies that Haitian migrants are abducting and eating peoples' pets in Springfield, Ohio.
Girdusky applauded Trump for raising the issue of illegal immigration more than any candidate in his lifetime, and giving "more answers and more offers" on how to address the issue than anyone.
"To say that he has not said any issues is not true," said Girdusky, responding to other panelists who had said Trump would win by campaigning on issues like the economy and immigration.
As Girdusky finished his statement, the panel immediately erupted.
"No one said that!" shouts conservative political commentator S.E. Cupp.
"You did! You literally did," fires back Girdusky, as other panelists laugh and try to join in with their own commentary.
"No one said he hasn't been talking about it," clarifies Cupp. "I said he should be talking about it like you are. And he's not."
Shortly thereafter, McGowan notes that Trump spiked an immigration bill in Congress — but Girdusky rejected the claim.
"He didn't kill the bill in Congress," Girdusky returned.
Within seconds, the two continue talking over one another, each trying to share what they feel happened, as fellow panelist Van Lathan bursts into laughter in disbelief, host Abby Phillip tries to calm the emotions, and Cupp also tries to interject with a shout.
